  • My wife scheduled an appointment for our son to get pictures, and the pictures turned out pretty good (this is the only reason they get 1 star). She was then talked into multiple packages and add-ons, which were explained to be free, however they were charged on her bill unbeknownst to her. PI uses shady sales techniques offering sales and free merchandise without explaining how these add-ons work. She was told she'd be paying under $200 but was charged over $300. Though the hustle and bustle of trying to get 2 kids ready and paying she did not notice until she came home. PI, at this store and at corporate refused to do anything about our issue. I would strongly urge anyone to go elsewhere.
