  • I can completely understand why this airline has horrible reviews and an appalling star rating. The customer service is beyond unprofessional. I've never been spoke to or treated like I was today by the American Airlines gate agent Kylie. My advice to readers go with another carrier! Don't do it! Unless they can drastically improve their customer service training its not worth the headache when you vacation is suppose to be a happy time. I wasn't even upset about the delay. It's how rude the agent was to me for absolutely no reason. Advice to that agent: treat others how you want to be treated. Karma is a bitch.
