  • Chandler family dental is owned by MARGE a dishonest, unethical. Shyster. Don't let that fake smile fool you, she will take your money. I have had extensive work done at this facility and their charging practices are illegal, with insurance they would insist you pay full up front for any work done. Then after your insurance was billed you would pay the contract price which is usually hundreds less, she would keep your money and say nothing, until you asked for it. And nobody in the office is allowed to discuss this with you besides Marge. After phone calls and getting frustrated they would send the money back. Except the last time they owed me over $300 and Marge argued that they only owed me $120. Until I brought in my insurance claims. Then she made some excuse. The excuse and forgetting is always in her favor and is by no means innocent. I have had multiple crowns done there. I had one come off and it had a hole in it. It was under 5 years ago when they did it. They charged me to glue it on and refused to make a new crown, which any reputable dentist would do. The dentist there has no power or say in anything. It's all Marge. If you would like more details please IM me.
