  • I'm baffled with all of the negative reviews on this site. I just picked up my 10th new BMW at North Scottsdale, and couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism of everyone involved. I've worked with my Sales Advisor, Scott Bilgo, for over eight years, and he is always extremely helpful and easy to work with. On the service side, I've been fortunate to have few if any maintenance problems with my cars, but when they do crop up, my Service Advisor, Steve Backman, has also been great keeping me informed as to repair status, etc. All of the team members at BMW North Scottsdale are great to work with and make my car buying experience a pleasure.
