  • I highly recommend planning months in advance and ignoring all of their expected delivery dates and for them GUARANTEED means nothing. They make it difficult to contact customer service and have shut down their forum so more people can't complain about how they did not receive their guaranteed delivery photo gifts for their fathers, weddings, and so on. Any company that makes customer service so difficult and wait times so long without any email or explanation of why they ruined so many special days. We didn't ask for particular delivery dates - SHUTTERFLY GAVE THEM TO US! The worst don't use them for anything that is time sensitive. Plenty of other places to do this- I've used others with no delivery or bait and switch tactics. BBB is my next stop.
