I'm a vegetarian and in years past, they've had a great veggie plate option. Tonight I was served an entire head of nearly raw unseasoned broccoli, two halves a roasted tomato, a few stalks of asparagus and a couple ravioli with no sauce. An entire head of broccoli?? Really? Just because I'm a vegetarian doesn't mean I don't know the difference between good food and a lazy, slap it on a plate if it's green kind of dish. For an upscale restaurant, they should know better. All they would have to do is create a pretty plate comprised of the sides already on the menu and it would be outstanding. So disappointed when the rest of the upscale restaurants in the community are showcasing fresh, delicious vegetable dishes, yet Flemings is falling short with a total lack of understanding of anything other than meat. Otherwise, great wine selection, service and I highly recommend the housemade burrata.
