True Revolution is exactly what their name says - a true revolution in the fitness arena. Personal trainers all say that they tailor their work outs to you, but I've rarely seen that actually happen. Not at True Revolution. If you are new to boot camp, Christina will make sure you are challenged while also making sure the exercises are appropriate for your level. She will push you to new levels. There is nutrition advice with regular challenges to help keep you accountable. And, don't forget the constant positive encouragement from both Carmen and Christina.
