  • I have been living here for about 1.5 years and I had nothing bad to say. My previous rating was 5 stars. However, within the last 3 months my AC has broken FIVE times. The last time it took them 4 days to fix it. I called the maintenance manager Leo to complain, and he was completely rude. No sense of customer service whatsoever.
