  • Great for walk-ins - terrible for appointments. I do not have the luxury of walking in and waiting 30-60 minutes to get a service done so I make appointments. They do not respect or care about long-term customers who need the structure of appointments. They should not take them as I still have to wait 20-30 minutes even though I have an appointment. this has been long overdue. My usual technician, Christine P always stayed on time and kept track of her regulars. I will follow Christine to her new salon to get the top-notch service I was used to! Oh, and they are more expensive than other salons in the area!
