My husband had an MRI of his knees which went well but when we got the statement they charged us an additional co-pay after we paid $50 at the front desk the day of the test. Their statement did not show our initial payment and their excuse was the statement only reflects recent activity. I don't know where they got their accounting degree but I was taught a statement reflects all activity on an account for at least 30 days. It seems to me they are making up the rules as they go along. If you go there ask about the copays up front. We definately think we were overcharged. Not a nice way to treat senior citizens
