  • We drove down from New Jersey and as soon as we get to the Holiday Inn Express we were greet with such wonderful hospitality I felt so welcomed and comfortable from the start. The hotel was spotless!! very clean. I haven't seen great customer service or a clean hotel like this in yearsssssssssssssss. I want to say thank you to the Staff and Management team for making my stay there in Charlotte so comfortable and relaxing. Kudos to you guys and keep up the great work!!!!! From the Continental breakfast to just the front desk representative remembering our names for the duration of our stay was amazing!!! You guys rock. The cleaning staff, the cleaning staff, the cleaning staff....I had to say it 3 times because they especially ROCK!!!!!! clean towel, bed linens changed and made each day..... So Awesome!!!!! Again thank you and please continue on this path of keeping your customers completely satisfied!!!!
