  • I've been going to this gym.for about 4 years now. The staff seems nice. They know me once I walk in to get my towel and walk out to retrieve my membership card. They update their work out equipment at least once a year, they have a lot of equipment available unless you come in during their peak hours. The work out equipment here are always clean, minus the people that don't wipe it down after using it. I love their juice bar, they have a lot of options, from smoothies, to salads, energy drinks, pre work out drinks and a Kids Menu. The one thing that I do not like though, is being able to smell the food from the juice bar while you work out in their second floor, over all, this gym seem to have just about anything, just not a basket ball court like 24 hour fitness, but it's okay, I don't play sports. LOL I'm a huge fan of their Boot Camp, Kick Boxing and Body Pump class'es. Their instructors are phenomenal. They are very into their work outs and they make sure everyone is busting their butts in their class'es, so WORK OUT or GO HOME!. Oh If you sign up for Premium membership, you have quite a few gym member perks. You get to choose from getting your own personal trainer, to gym care access for your child. Being a mother, I had to choose the day care as one of my options, I pay a little extra to have my daughter play in the play area while I work out, she loves it , it's convenient and it works out for us both. I pick her up after my work out and she hands me her art work she did while she played.
