  • The five star review is based largely on customer service. EVERY staff member I came in contact with was beyond accommodating. I have never had such universally wonderful service, ever. The room was clean, comfortable bed, good view. Elevator noise disturbed my sleep, so I took sleeping pills while there. Bits of minor decorative maintenance need fixing: peeling wallpaper, chipped paint etc. Not a fan of the 'nickel and dime-ing' of things: extra charge for microwave, refrigerator, internet and the parking. Ouch! BUT, the service pleased me enough to make up for the annoyances.
