Terrible experience. The techs are there and you think they know or,are supposed to know what outlook is and they don't. I went in to fix an issue that they told me would take an hour. An hour turned into a day which turned into 5 days. At the end of 5 days they told me I needed to put in a new hard drive. Mine was shot. So I Let them do that. But they were shocked and confused why the new 365 outlook program I purchased wouldn't load onto their new hard drive I purchased from them. Really? They were unable to retrieve any of my old data. Really? Well I left and will never go back there again. Yes, store is impressive but no way is the staff as knowledgeable as Apple Store. No wonder the store is always empty. They want you in and out and don't FINISH what they start, instead say sorry it's the best we can do and left me with email issues I dint have when I brought it in. I would've gladly paid for services but I guess that's what you get for free.
Well, Next day I hired a young man, my son's friend, who I found out is a Tech, fixed my email issues and took my old hard drive and said there's nothing wrong with my old hard drive and said he will work on getting everything Microsoft said I lost. "It's NOT Lost." He said. Looking forward to getting my old data and files back from someone who really cares about the customer.
Don't go to that store if you have any issues. Hire a knowledgeable tech who knows your specific software and hardware. You will thank me. It was not worth the headache and stress that store put me thru. And the lying?! Yes they did. I was out of business that week due to them stonewalling me.
I'm sorry to post such negative feedback. But I would want to know how I'm expected to be treated before I go in. Good luck!
