  • I wish I checked with Yelp before I used these people. The initial cleaning wasn't bad so I said yes because I was desperate, and two weeks later I waited for my noon appointment that never showed. So by 12:30 I called the office and was told they have an arrival window of an hour... First time hearing that. But they couldn't make it by me till much later so I rescheduled. The following week two different ladies show up and cleaned my house in one hour and 45 minutes. I have a two story 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house so please guess how clean it really was. I have never paid for such a horrible cleaning job in my life. I called the office to cancel and she wanted to send them back to finish but I refused. If they have such a poor work ethic and do that crappy of a job then I don't want them back. The cleaning job they did was embarrassing and I will never recommend or use them again no matter how desperate I get.
