  • Katrina did my hair and makeup for my wedding at the MGM and it was absolutely 100% perfect! She arrived exactly on time and when I showed her pictures of the hair and makeup I wanted, she listened and also gave me her expert opinion, which I trusted. It came out exactly as I hoped - actually, even better! And, it lasted all throughout the wedding and reception and beyond, a total of 9 hours. Everyone said how beautiful I looked and the best part was that she didn't make me look way too "made up" or not like myself. And, Katrina was super nice to talk to and even helped calm my pre-wedding nerves. The only suggestion I have for the owners is to provide a courtesy call or email confirmation 24 hours before the appointment. I booked my appointment several months in advance and was super nervous that my appointment would be lost or forgotten, so I called and emailed a day before, and then on the day itself - no response at all. It would have made me a LOT happier to get a simple text confirmation on the day of my appointment so I wasn't stressing and mentally coming up with backup plans that ended up being totally unnecessary. But, everything worked out so I really can't complain too much.
