  • Horrible customer service, I have had a mortgage account for years. I was over charged, and when it was brought to their attention I was issued a refund by check. Took it in and was charged a fee to cash it. When I asked why the was a fee to cash a usbank check at a usbank location, she just shrugged and said everyone will charge you a fee no matter where you go.
