  • Terrible when it comes to scheduling a delivery time a week in advance, don't bother. Also, no supervisors on staff Friday-Sunday. Terrible customer service and don't recommend this company at all. My hands are tied since they are contracted with the furniture company. I will be sending my feedback to that company directly as well. Sad because we are moving within the year and will check this moving company off the list to use.
