| - This salon was super cute and you could tell they performed quality work. I called ahead of time to see if they had any openings and before getting off the phone, they double checked to make sure I knew where they were located. Right inside the Papa Johns shopping plaza on Alta is this little gem. I will never go anywhere else again.
I picked my gel color and they started my chair and foot soak area. Their selection of polish is vast! They had the most choices for gel I had seen in a long time. I was stuck between three colors and my girl-who I can't remember her name right now and it's bothering me, I want to say Nancy- helped me pick out the best color variant for my skin tone. I was given a pedicure menu, which was clear to read and listed all their different services and exactly what was included for each service. Not just "deluxe" on a whiteboard with a $ amount next to it. No this place is a step up. I decided to treat myself since I was leaving for a vacation and opted for the $60 gel lavender pedicure. You had a choice between lavender, green tea or orange. I love lavender. They added salts to my pedicure bath and I soaked. Enjoying the fragrance and the stellar massage chairs. Mind you, it's a good thing I called ahead on a Saturday morning, every chair was full and there were people waiting when I walked in. (I didn't have to wait). My girl took her time shaping my nails, asking as she progressed to make sure I was satisfied with what she was doing. The pedicure came with a sugar scrub, oil massage with stones, and a 12 minutes lotion massage. (Each scented with lavender) it was an incredibly enjoyable experience.
I got a gel manicure as well with the same color. Even though I bit my nails and they were tiny little chiclets, my girl still filed and shaped and made sure I was happy and that my hands looked beautiful.
I give the service five stars, the accommodations five stars, and the entertainment made me laugh. (They had wrestling on TV and I found it quite comical).
I will definitely be returning.
