  • Don't use these people... I have a very small condo. I made an appointment, the technician arrived with in my scheduled time, 9:00 AM. But did not start till 9:30. I thought maybe he had equipment problems, but he said he was getting the water hot. I have a small space. I wanted only 3 areas done and my ottoman cleaned. The first 10 mins in my house all he did was try to upsell me, which was annoying. When they sent their confirmation email it said they would move small furniture or items. I moved most everything with exception of a picture and a cat stand that was on the floor. I cant believe he did not move those!!! It weighs one pound! He actually cleaned around them. Then he was supposed to clean an ottoman, well he didn't have the attachment. He had to stop working for a half hour waiting for someone to bring the attachment to him. Also, when I called to schedule my carpet cleaning I was told that with their "special" I would get a small area of tile cleaned. He never did that. So with a small 1200 Sq Ft. Condo, it took him 2 hours to clean a very small area and I would say an hour of his time he spent in his truck. Very unprofessional service. Never again!
