| - My wife and I went here for dinner, after having a great dinner at another Aunt Chilada's a few years ago. The hostess told us it would be 15-20 minutes, but we could be seated inside now. I said sure, and the hostess had the waitress take us to a table in the back in a dark corner, and at the time there were only a few table seated at the time. I asked her " if we could sit at a small table up front", which the waitress took the table. She comes back with the menus, and says, "hi, I am back". We give her our drink order, and our food order. She gave the kitchen the wrong number for my combo dinner, so I had to send it back. The waitress returns with the correct combo for me, and says" you got direct from the oven, so at least it is hot". We finished our food, and working on our drinks after the waitress had taken our empty plates. She had come through the room 2 more times, and never looked in our direction, or came over to ask us if we were ready for our check. I had to call her as she was leaving the next table over for our check. We got our check, and she had billed us for the extra dinner that she had written down wrong, and given the kitchen. At that time asked for the Manager due to the poor service, and expressed our displeasure with the service. The manager informed us that this location was owned by the resort, and not affiliated with the other Aunt Chilada's. The manager asked us if we got good service from a name, which turned out to be the waitresses name, whom she had never introduced her self. I had to ask the manager who that was. When I told the manager that we didn't get good service, she left our table, telling us that she will take care of our check.
