rev:text	I'm a regular at Red Rock, but we decided to come here for the 11pm session for New Year's Eve into New Years because it was the only casino offering an 11pm session near our home. My first thought was wow this place is gorgeous! They have a phenomenal set up. We should come here from now on. Then we stood in a line out the door. Which was not a problem until I realized it wasn't moving and two people a couple people ahead had prepaid so I asked a suited guy that worked there. He told me I was in the prepaid line to get into this other much shorter line. So I told the others around me who didn't prepay they were in the wrong line. They were making zero announcements and we arrived very early. I finally get to the front of a line around 11:30pm the session was suppose to start at 11pm. They then tell me I was suppose to fill out some sheet of paper and they'll call me my sheet was then added to yet another line. Without making this review painfully long. I'll fast forward. When I made a suggestion that they should make announcements to let others know (there were at least 40-50 people that were just as lost and confused) a lot of people just got frustrated and left because of the unorganized mess. It's not hard to have one person at the front directing people to the correct position. Especially when Crystal was just chatting away inappropriately with the regulars telling them well then you should go home supposedly joking as if she wasn't on the clock doing a job. Crystal wasn't the only staff member I was highly upset about their professionalism there was 2 others that were just beyond rude when I asked a simple question on where is the G seats located. When I purchased a vending machine dauber the machine ate $4 and when I told the lady she basically told me that sucks we have some colors behind the counter what color did you want when I said pink or orange she goes yeah we don't have those so I asked for my money back she said can you just pick another color. My biggest pet peeve is people working customer contact/ customer service jobs and treat people like crap. I will never return to Santa Fe and none of my family or friends will ever come here because of the low classless people they hire.
