  • We have been patrons of this place for the last 3 years, had excellent service and meals......... the last 2 visits were just ok, always seem to be out of amaretto, any who. This last visit was unacceptable! We were seated and at least 10 minutes and NO SERVICE, not even a visit from our server. Granted it seemed that there was only 1 wait person that we saw, but c'mon! There were only a handful of tables that were there before us, and a table that wasn't even cleared that we passed by, was occupied and served as we walked out!!! NO THANKS OTAKU....we drove on down the road to Osaka and had a great meal and service.
