  • The hotel isn't bad but I believe the service is what makes it a 3 star. First day they cleaned our room, a pair of swim trunks, that weren't mine, were found and when I told the front desk, the girl laughed at me and so did the person who came to dispose of them. I also found a lot of dirt and grime on the floors of my room which also shows the lack of attention to detail by these cleaners. I've had far better service at Aloft in Tempe and will be looking for a different hotel in the future.
