  • If there was a zero star available, BMW Toronto would get it. The service department here is full of crooks. They said I needed a new rotors. I asked, when were they last replaced? The guy checked the computer, turning BEET RED. 10,000km ago!!! I asked how long do they usually last? They service guy, sweating away, said it depends on how you drive, etc., Needless to say, I never went back. This was a few years ago, but seeing how I am benefiting from fellow Yelpers, I felt morally obligated to report these guys. Luckily, I went back to Frank and Dan Sprongl, in Georgetown, and had the problem looked after - no charge. They are CROOKS!
