Think twice before taking your child to get a haircut here. I took my child to have his hair cut and it was the worst experience. His stylus was impatient from the beginning, not even giving us time to finish looking at the example book, so that we could show her the type of cut my son wanted for summer. She had the info out of the computer system and that was all she cared about. Jennifer must not have a lot of experience cutting children's hair, she was not gentle or patient at all. My poor son had a horrible look on his face and it didn't matter that I kept telling her he has a sensitive scalp. She ended up spraying him in the face with her mist water bottle when she grabbed his face because he had tilted it down. My son is almost 8, his hair grows quickly, he's had a lot of haircuts, and never had an issue before. Even when I told Jennifer that he didn't like water in his face, she wasn't even gentle with the towel to dry his face off. When using a blow dryer to blow the hair off, you don't need to aim it right in the face. My poor child was almost in tears as we left. We will not be returning for another haircut and will steer clear of all Great Clips since apparently this is the type of stylus that they hire. Hopefully, this will save you and you child from a traumatic haircut experience.
