I went in for an annual skin cancer screening as we're all told we should do! Dr. Henry was just not a nice guy. There was a bad vibe in the office. His assistant's face was red and puffy like she'd been crying. The vibe was that he somehow scolded her or degraded her. Of course I was only assuming that, but now that I've read reviews on this doctor, they did include that he was a jerk, degrading, an as&@@ and other various like comments. I pray she just gets out of there. No one deserves any type of verbal abuse. His exam lasted 2 min. He was not friendly and seemed rushed and agitated. I had a white cyst under my eye I wanted removed. He finally agreed to do it. Sad I had to ask more than once. He was rough; It hurt. He overly scraped my skin sideways. Just really rough! Anyone else could have taken that off with less pain. I also wanted some red dots removed on various parts of my body. My last dermatologist removed them with some sort of tool. He refused to remove them. He said he saw thousands of these every day and they are nothing. I go to a dermatologist to have things removed safely. Why would he refuse to remove them? Also I noted I had exzema and was itching at night. That was never addressed. No vitals were taken. This was a really bad experience. I won't go back to this place. Someone needs to counsel this doctor on a better bed side manner and better care of his patients because something is clearly wrong with him and this clinic. I realize he see patients with severe life threatening skin cancers, etc., but all patients skin problems should be treated with equal care. If I actually had skin cancer, I'd certainly want a doctor with more of a heart and kindness and gentleness to be taking care of me.
I wish someone would write a good review on this guy! It would be scary to not see any good reviews on a doctor at all.
