So I had thought that this would be a good way to see Vegas from a different angle while in town. My experience didn't line up with moderate expectations. The staff are all courteous enough but it's clearly a business built on numbers of rides/time. The ride itself is less than 10 min with less than 5 min looping around the strip (with transport to/from a Strip Hotel, a 3 h time block). Instead of a loop for both sides of the craft (more standard, but with more time added), you do one loop/side. Unless you're in the front seats or one side, you will see a little between bodies if in the back/wrong side. Very poorly designed tour despite the usual considerations with passenger weight distribution, etc.
So despite seemingly good value, I was quite unsatisfied with the time/money spent. I've been on small helicopter/small plane hours before and it just didn't match up. I was also charged a $15 tour fee after having paid in full on-line. Perhaps this is the third party (Viator) deal/experience with this operator.
