  • We come here for the service and the friendly staff. I could get my pet supplies anywhere, but my daughter in particular loves to come here and play with the adoption cats that the staff lets us interact with for as long as we want. We adopted one cat from here and she's awesome. The staff are usually great pet lovers who have the same pets on their own. I have not used the grooming section, so I can not comment on that. If I had to criticise something then it's the Fish section. It takes often a while to get help and we see a lot of dead fish in the tanks. I also don't like how they keep the Beta fish. The overall fish selection could be better, but I still give the store 4 stars for overall experience and service.
