  • I've been the North Olmsted Big Lots, and based on that would never go to Big Lots again. My fiance asked me to check out an item here in the Rocky River store. Huge difference. I picked up the item he wanted me to see. Then promptly got lost while browsing. Staff (2 ladies) that I spoke to were cheerful, helpful, and friendly. Store crowded with merchandise, but neat and organized. This pretty much turned me 180 on my Big Lots opinion. Do all North Olmsted stores suck? Answer...YES. So far, any Rocky River store that exists in North Olmsted wins hands down.
