I have never had such rude treatment from front desk staff. I showed up yesterday for an appointment spending $20 on a Lyft to get there in absolute pain. I was not greeted with respect, just indifference. I was only anz insurance stat for them. The front desk woman who was rude and unprofessional informed me they weren't going to see me because I hadn't done the prior paperwork. No one told me about going on the website, no one emailed me the paperwork. Then when I said this is BS they said no swearing we're canceling you. They were just the rudest most unprofessional harridans at the front desk. Not just that but unkempt uniforms sloppy dirty hygiene, greasy dirty looking hair. The doctors should be aware of the bad customer service front desk treats paying patients with. Please do not throw your hard-earned money for this shoddy outfit. Then I had to spend another 20 to get home via LYFT.
