Extremely pleasurable experience. Here's the breakdown:
Food: Duck breast w/ foie gras and beat salad. I've been waiting a long time to have foie gras. I know know why it's so revered by "foodies". It is creamy, savory, slightly sweet, with a touch of gamey. Superb. The duck was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The beat salad was slightly unbalanced with the bitterness of the greens they used; more beats or goat cheese (which are part of the dish) would perfect this salad.
Alcohol: It's Vegas, so the industry standard is that you have everything. This place is no different. Prices aren't cheap, though. You pay about $11 for a pint.
Ambiance: Great, modern look. Music volume is perfect for conversation; the selection is what you'd expect for Vegas, poppy with a touch of clubby.
Service: The wait staff is very welcoming and professional. This is greatly complimented by their managerial staff, who I'm sure sets and enforces these standards. I had an out of the ordinary request and they accommodated my requests, despite having to change plans last minute.
