Dr Agnew did a fantastic job helping my foster rescue pug (13 yrs old). The pug had been neglected for years which led to a horrendous mouth infection due to rotted teeth that all needed to be pulled. He wound shiver with pain & whine but sadly the prior owners who abandoned him debarked him so we are certain he suffered plenty in silence! Dr Agnew was extremely compassionate, helpful and accommodating to the serious needs of this adorable little pup! She got us in for surgery ASAP! The odor from that infection was so awful that it actually caused the rescue person to vomit! Sorry Dr Agnew lol I know it had to be rough doing that surgery! The pic shows a few of the awful teeth prior to surgery but within 1 day he was eating (he stopped eating prior to surgery) & 3 days the little pug was feeling so much better as you can see in the second picture! He was also neutered and never even noticed! There was bleeding from the mouth and sinuses the first night and by the second night it was all gone. The entire staff is great and I've been bringing my dogs there for years. It's always clean & nice space & everyone takes time to address every concern. Thank you from Pugsley !! He really appreciates it!!
