  • I got the Sunshine waffle after a friend posted it and it looked beautiful. The waffle was a little tough. I knew that it was a different kind of waffle but I was still expecting something a little better. The biggest disappointment was the overcooked lemon curd. It was very lumpy as if the egg yolks were scrambled. The saving grace was the delicious whipped cream and fresh raspberries. I really expected more from a $9 waffle. I don't think that I will be going back.
