  • Vegetarian perspective. My favorite neighborhood bar because of the awesome taster sized portions ($2 for small pour) and the great veggie options. Parking is always easy and seating never too hard to find (though be warned, Hough's gets quite busy on Friday and Saturday nights). My personal favorite is to get a taster size of a fruit beer or cider. Best appetizer is the soft pretzel appetizer (fried pretzels with generous salt and cheese/mustard side sauces). My favorite vegetarian entree is the Veggie Chorizo sandiwch, it is just the right amount of spicy and so much food I always take the other half home. The super spicy burger is not to be trifled with (got it as a veggie burger, you can get any of their burgers veggie). If you get a super spicy habenero pepper bite, your dinner has ended and you will be hollering for a glass of milk (like me). So be warned. Only reason 4 stars is because sometimes their on tap beer can be stale (because then have so many options open), though I personally haven't had this happen. We come here once every 1-2 weeks- ENJOY!
