  • YUMMY! New favorite quick-Mexican food place in Southend for sure! It's got a cool hippy-esque vibe and bangin' food. The crew were wearing mostly tie-dye and shades and the music was funky. Quick service, huge portions and delicious quesadillas. I got the chicken quesadilla and my date got the cheese and, let me tell you, they do NOT skimp on the cheese. I'm dying to try the BBQ Chicken quesadilla! Next time Phat Burrito..next time. But let me elaborate on the cheese a little: Stringy, gooey goodness in every bite -- ask for extra napkins. If you know what I mean... I'll definitely be back. Next time I'll probably eat there to enjoy the laid-back ambiance and local artwork on the walls. You've won me over Phat Burrito!
