  • The food itself is okay but this place is understaffed and also needs serious staff training in customer service. We waited in front of the cash register for 5 minutes and no one came. After a minute someone finally came out from back and he made eye contact with us but he just came to the front to grab something and disappeared without saying a single word. No "I'm sorry I'll be right with you" no "thank you for waiting I'll call someone to help" nothing. The customer waiting in front of us left in frustration after waiting (for god knows how long). Since the guy working saw us we thought he would come back and help or at least say something but after another minute he came around the counter to grab a donut and he disappeared again without saying anything. We were about to leave but we rang the bell at the counter and a young lady came out running from the back and apologized and explained that the gentleman was working driveway and she was on break. 0 stars for the young gentleman working the drive thru but 2 extra stars for the decent donuts and friendly female cash register.
