| - It looks new and upscale on the outside, but inside it still have the bones of the old Imperial Hotel and it feels OLD. It's a good location (right across from Caesars and next to Flamingo and Harrah's) and at decent prices but cons outweigh the pros and we will not be booking here again. We had a rough start because of their customer service - we booked 2 rooms, 1 with double beds, 1 with Queen beds. When we checked in, we were given 2 rooms with double beds each. And when we called the Front Desk, they were reluctant to provide a refund and said rooms were not guaranteed even though we had booked in advance and prepaid for specific room types. Finally, they provided a credit for the difference for the first night and switched us into the right room on second night.
GOOD:
-Renovated rooms, clean, plush beds, modern bathrooms
-Great location, easy walking to Caesars, Cosmo,
-Starbucks nearby in Promenade
-Small Gym and spa but EMPTY
BAD:
-Small rooms compared to other hotels
-Not much food options, i.e. Guy Fieri is there signature restaurant
-No Cell service in Lobby
-Cramped casino floor, especially by check in desk
-Elevators take a long time
