If possible I would give them a 0 star.
Let me begin. I was quitting my job and wanted to make everything with my teeth were good before my insurance ran out.
So I went in to make an appointment so that I can make sure that there was no confusion because time was running out.
First the receptionist. Very nice but very young. The whole time I'm explaining my situation to her, she's checking her phone and not really listening to anything I was saying. I had to repeat everything about 3 times. And yup she still didn't get it because when I came in for my appointment the crew there had no idea why I was there. They thought I was just they for a quick check up. I even made sure as I was leaving the original time to confirm with the receptionist that the person would be there to get my teeth cleaned.
So when I came in for my teeth cleaning... the staff thought I was there for a quick check up and was trying to schedule me for a cleaning. I told them that was the reason why I had come in today was for a cleaning. They all looked surprised! They told me that the hygienist that normally cleans teeth was off today. I was like seriously?!?! That was the ENTIRE reason why I came in that day.
So then the dentist had to clean my teeth. WOW! Was he bad. I told him I had teeth sensitivity. So he gave me shots and cleaned my teeth or rather man handled my teeth and my jaws. And cleaned all my teeth including the front teeth with no shots with a cold water pick. PAINFUL!!!!!!
So my final. My jaws hurt for a full week after the cleaning...thanks to the way he man handled my jaws. I've been to so many different dentists and that was a first. My teeth were so sensitive after the cleaning. I know there is always some sensitivity but never like this. 3 months later and my teeth are still SENSITIVE. I can't wait for my insurance to kick in so that I can goto a real dentist to get checked out again.
I would never ever return here even though they are right down the street from me.
