  • I wish there was a 0 star option. I have nothing good to say about this company. Usually I can find one nugget of good even with a bad experience - not here. I mistakenly paid $275 up front for a plow contract over the winter. I should have known that price was too good to be true. -Dan Novak (owner) doesn't return phone calls unless you call or email multiple times -They don't plow without us having to call and ask -When they do plow, it's always after I leave for work in the morning (which was discussed with Dan prior to me paying) rendering their services useless -Dan would not give me a refund after I was very unhappy with their (lack of) service. -I was told multiple times after calling to find out where they were, that there wasn't enough snow. There was over 4 inches. -Dan hung up on me -I filed a claim on the BBB and received NO response from them. I have no idea how this company is in business. If they treated me this way, I'm guessing they treated others the same and these 5 star reviews are from family and friends. STAY AWAY!!! 3/2/15 - Update: My husband had to shovel our entire driveway in order for me to go to work this morning. We had a bad snowstorm with about 6" of snow in Hudson. They just never showed up.
