  • The absolute worst cab company in town, which is saying something for a non-taxi town like Charlotte. I made a reservation online (with 24 hrs notice) as I had a lot of bags and was to be picked up in a non-central part of town (Mountain Island Lake). Despite having an email confirmation, the cab never showed. When I called to inquire the status, the dispatcher was rude and incompetent - stating she could not find my reservation and patching me through to a taxi driver. The taxi driver didn't understand a word I said. Finally, I called Yellow Taxi and they picked me up within 10 minutes (saving the day and my rapidly melting groceries). If you have to use a taxi service, do yourself a favor and only call Yellow Taxi. I learned the hard way!
