  • I'm a first time home owner and with my home now approaching 14 years old, I've began to have some maintenance issues. Home maintenance is the LAST thing I want to deal with. So, when I had a couple of plumbing issues arise (kitchen disposal and small water leak in bathroom), I was dreading what the process might be like to fix it. Rite-away sent someone out in a timely manner. I suppose the experience could differ, depending on who is assigned. "Wally" was assigned my job and he was very diligent, straight forward and efficient! He was also very concise in explaining what he was fixing and showing me the issues. So therefore, very very trustworthy also. This is my first Yelp review. I felt compelled to write because I am relieved to have these thing fixed and I felt props were deserved for the integrity of work.
