  • Took my car for an oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection and inspection. Got a call that I had a leak and needed to put a new thermostat it. They put a new one in and switch the coolant. A month later the car was towed back in because it broke down. They told me my brakes were fine, but they were making noise since the day they put them on. Took the car to a different Mr. Tire and they asked where my work was done, because the car was such a mess. They didn't lubricate the brakes, they didn't rotate the tires, and they tightened the oil plug so hard the mechanics couldn't get it off. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT DO ANYTHING OTIS TELLS YOU YOU NEED. I had over $500 worth of work and the car is in worse shape.
