  • Just had one of the worst experiences ever at this theater! NO service for over 20 minutes when we go there. NO one even came in when we lit our call lights, the entire row! Staff outside of theater was VERY rude! The manager Mario was nice, and tried his best to be helpful, but once the movie started, the server was absent even when called! Messed up our drink orders, forgot to use the coupon the manager gave us for desert, mixed up our tab with someone else in the theater when presenting the bill, NO pens in the binders to sign with, and clearly didn't want to be there!
