Worst service ever! My elderly mother has been without air for over a week and keeps getting the run around. The Customer Service Supervisor, Alisa says they were never advised a diagnosis. Yet they sent another contractor out for a second opinion. Alisa showed no compassion for the situation. When advised the contractor documented One Guard had been notified of the diagnosis, Alisa denied it and continued to blame both contractors. After a week without air and temperates reaching 105 there are still no results. The contractor advised an additional $125 disposal fee is expected when he does arrive to be paid by my mother who has already paid $60 and still no results.

Consider this a WARNING not to use this company. The customer service is lacking and so are the results.
