  • We recently purchased a home in South Mountain that had a broken window. I contacted Garcia's based on positive Yelp reviews. Mark Garcia, the owner, came right away and measured the broken window plus all our windows for a screen replacement quote, and while measuring he noted that the glass in a large picture window in our dining room was completely coming out of the frame. Somehow the home inspector missed this dangerous situation. The slightest monsoon wind and the window could have fallen out. Mark ended up replacing both windows at a very reasonable price. He kept us apprised of the status of our order and he always arrived on time. During the installation, he was meticulous with his work and we are very pleased with the end result. Thank you, Mark!
