  • I had a random craving for chocolate babka one day. Who knows why? I hadn't had it in years. A Google search led me to Oven Fresh Challah. Please ignore the map (she is not located in Biltmore Fashion Park next to Macy's) but contact her via the phone number - call, text or use her FB page. This is a female owned business and she bakes out of her home in the Biltmore area. I am not lying when I say I ate the entire babka myself in 2 days. It was that delicious! I referred a friend to her and she brought over a cinnamon babka today which was *almost* as good (still great, I just love chocolate). The owner, Miriam is lovely and I don't know how she has time to make such doughy goodness but I'm glad that she does.
