First- drop your preconceived notions of what pole dancing is. This is not a showgirl type thing! I've met lawyers and men and yogis and dancers and literally everyone here.
I've been coming here on and off when money allows and it is honestly so much fun! And a fantastic work out if I do say so myself. If you have good upper body strength you'll be off to a good start- seeing as I have none no worries if you don't! Honestly, I think I built more upper body strength here than weight lifting.
You'll probably feel awkward the first couple classes if you've never done it but once you realize no one is judging you you'll tap into your inner god/ goddess and lose that awkwardness.
Fun place and diverse crowd- good mix of age, size, gender, ethnicity and professions. Never had a bad class. I remember Peanut and Wanida being fantastic instructors and you can't go wrong with one of their classes!
I haven't done the Pilates or spa so I can't speak on their behalf but I've heard good things!
