  • This is by far the very, very, VERY! worst Stadium/venue I have ever dealt with or been to in all aspects of the word worst! First, they are awful at directing traffic, we waited for an hour and 20 minutes before we could park, much to our surprise it cost 20$ and was easily a mile away from the stadium. We let them know we had a handicaped person in the car and we needed a handicap parking space, they informed me that handicaped parking was full, but we could "do our best at finding the closest spot". Well, when we were walking up to the stadium there were two completely empty handicaped parking lots with over 200 empty spaces, I asked the employee "Cue/Q" why we were told handicaped parking was full when clearly there are two empty lots. I was flabbergasted by the answer they told me! They apparently designated those two parking lots for large vehicles like limos, buses and media which further signage indicated they are charging $50 to park. They could have had large vehicle parking anywhere why would they limit handicaped parking?! I then spoke with the manager, who tried to tell me that handicaped parking wasn't full and I was misinformed. He asked me who told me that and I told him the people that took our money, the 5 people directing us in and again the employee that was standing right behind him. I decided to just walk off being that the concert started over an hour prior and my fiance was waiting at security. Going through security is an absolute joke, we made sure to check their list before going into the stadium about what you could and could not bring, they had signage about purses being no larger than 4x6 and some other typical items not allowed. Well, when we went through security after walking a good mile they told us that my fiance's vaporizer was not permitted in to the stadium as they also made him take off litteraly every item on his body! There was even a big sign showing everything that was banned and it was not on that ban list, nor anything he was wearing, so we had to walk that vaporizer all the way back to the car before being able to enter the stadium. Which due to their parking issues and security jokes we were late buy a tremendous deal, missing both opening preformers and the headliners opening who we paid a great deal of money to see! Then when we were leaving we told staff that we wanted to buy merchandise and we were told we could go out a tunnel and take an escalator up and they had that escalator closed so we had to fight our way back against the crowd to go up the stairs to get merchandise. I understand this is a chaotic job being the first stop on the tour, however you have to be really good and knowledgeable at it if you are going to be in this profession and make it an enjoyable experience for guests! I was very disappointed, as was my fiance who's 30th birthday surprise was ruined!
