  • This place is very poorly maintained, has bad industrial hygiene, and in desperate need of an update. This place has an excellent opportunity to contract an antibiotic resistant staff infection. Management could care less about customer complaints, concerns or commentary. Take your money to an institution that cares about customer retention and is sanitary. The equipment hasn't changed since this place was called the "Q" back in the early 90's. The Cable cross-over's have been broken for 4 months. Still, no replacement or repair has been made. What a toilet!
